Can I withdraw with my local currency? How do i withdraw my money? Is there a transfer fee for creator withdrawals? How long does it take for my transfer to reach my bank? Why does my Wallet say "Transferred" but it's not in my bank?

Yes. Ask the client to mark the project as complete, and you will find it reflected on your available earnings.
