46% of Gen-Z professionals in the Middle East have freelanced in the past 12 months, indicating strong demand for top talent in technical skills. This demand is particularly high in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries of Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Bahrain, where high growth rates are being accompanied by a shortage of talent.
